Trip Confirmation / Trip Cancellation / Trip Modification
Trip Confirmation: To make confirmed your trip with our agency Sahara Dream Tours, we need a deposit of 30% from the total package price, for any service you choose. The balance will be paid 15 days before the day of arrival or by cash on the day of your arrival, in Euros (€) or local currency Morocco (DHM).
After the receipt 30% of deposit, we send you immediately your complete journey package, including the receipt of payment, to print as invoice on the day of your arrival. we Always asking our travelers to book their trip at least 03 weeks before the day of departure.
Accept payment by bank transfer, postal transfer or cash (must be paid in euros or local currency DHM). We also accept payment of the deposit fee via PayPal. ( the 30% for travel confirmation ).
After your first confirmation by e-mail, automatically we send you an online link in which you can confirm or pay off your trip in Morocco Sahara Dream Tours, Safe and easy payment on our platform.
Trip Cancellation & Trip Modification : To modify or To Cancel you Trip : To modify or to cancel your booking trip, please inform us as soon as possible, by calling +212 66 717 88 03 or sending an e-mail to saharadreamtours@gmail.com . In the case of cancellation the amount of the contribution paid will be credited to your credit card as soon as possible.
We kindly ask you to inform our agency as soon as possible for any cancellation insurance or modification of the service, by contacting our Customer Service by e-mail or phone +212 667 178803 / saharadreamtours@gmail.com.
To cancel or change the service, you can also send an email including the reservation code and the object of the change.
The PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE:
- More than 45 days before the trip departure: 30% of the total trip cost.
- Between 45 and 22 days before the trip departure: 50% of the total trip cost.
- Between 21 and 08 Days before departure trip: 75% of the total trip cost.
- Less than 08 days before the trip departure: 100% of the total trip cost
Participation Fee:
The prices shown on your travel plan are per person and are based on the individual Tour, Private service by cars 4x4 / Mini Bus with a drivers and air conditioning, exclusive vehicles from the latest-generation and authorized by the ministry of transport and the Moroccan tourism. The price are net and VAT included
